DDC Drug Registration

Dear Valued Provider,

 

The Dubai Drug Code (DDC) registration process is now opened for the drugs that are not currently registered DDC list announced on the eClaimLink website.

 

REGISTRATION PROCESS

·         Providers will send newly added item which is not MOH registered, to obtain new DDC.

·         Providers will send the full item details as mentioned in the steps below to the DHA.

·         DHA Pharmacy Department will review the submitted details and will either:

o   Accept the registration request – a new DDC code will be generated and assigned for the line item.

o   Reject the registration  request – a report will be provided for the reasons of rejection.

o   Request more information – a clarification of the needed information will be sent to the provider.

·         DHC will update the latest drug list on the eClaimLink system for providers to download and utilize.

 

REGISTRATION STEPS

To register your drug kindly follow the steps below:

 

1.       Download the drug information template on this link

2.       Fill in all the required details for the item you would like to register. Please note that all the fields are mandatory

3.       Send an email to the following account (DDC@eclaimlink.ae) including the following details

a.       Email subject: DDC registration [Facility Name]

b.      Email Body should include:

·   Facility name

·   eClaimLink Facility ID

·   Contact person

·   Contact email

·   Contact phone #

c.       Attachment of the completed drug populated template.

d.      Attachment of the complete drug profile of the manufacturer and original purchasing invoice.
